Our team has experience in a multitude of multidisciplinary industries ranging from aerospace to consumer goods markets with an emphasis on mechanical design for manufacturing. Utilizing the latest CAD and simulation software we are able to tailor our services from product support to product development. We want to hear your problems. Let our team provide a time and cost-effective solution.
- Providing engineering solutions to companies needing untapped talent with industry experience.
- Our Engineering talent utilizes 3D modeling software with experience in NX, Solidworks, Creo, Pro-E, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD
- Prototyping equipment such as 3D Printing, CNC Milling, Lathing, and MIG & TIG welding in house, with the ability to prototype designs.
Assembly processes on the manufacturing floor demand efficiency to increase profits. We can assist in the design and manufacturing of a custom fixture to speed up assembly times, reduce failure rates, and increase operator safety.
We can provide 3D modeling and detailed 2D drawings for industrial application, rapid prototyping, plastics design, and even give material selection recommendations.
New inventions often require knowledge of various topics that many people do not fully encompass in their own talent pool. We can assist in filling in those gaps to help you bring your invention to the market.
Let us help you run stress or motion simulations to determine if your product will function within your specifications.
We offer consultations/advising on both current and future software development projects related to process, strategy, technical expertise, and best practices.
Recruiting engineering talent to our firm is the key to our success. We can leverage our existing network to find the best engineer(s) for your company.

Jordan is a Partner at Carbon Castle Group and co-directs the CAD design division with Alex Tchaikovski. Jordan has been working with CAD programs since 2011 and has been building a specialty for design in manufacturing assembly processes. He began his career in 2013 where he helped design casting processes for brass gears and later designed dies for drop forging. In 2016 he joined Woodward, Inc., an aerospace company specializing in control systems, where he was responsible for insourcing and designing the deburring process for a new facility. In 2019 Jordan started his own consulting company, Maker Integrations, aiming to design and manufacture fixtures to expedite assembly processes.
Jordan graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is originally from Burlington, WI but now resides in Anchorage, AK, where his wife serves as a nurse for the USAF. In his spare time, he enjoys tinkering with his 3D printers, CNC’s, laser engravers, and enjoys woodworking.
Alex is a Partner at Carbon Castle Group and a co-director of the Mechanical Engineering division. Starting his career at Telsmith as a Mechanical Engineer, he developed a skill for designing modular screening plants and aggregate processing plants with ancillary accessories. In 2018, Alex joined Milwaukee Tool as a New Product Development Engineer in the Power Tools Accessories division. Dealing with new product development has increased his knowledge in consumer goods markets, particularly in how to tailor designs from building a few prototype units to scaling up for large global manufacturing facilities. His extensive knowledge does not end with manufacturing processes, as he is also quite skilled in core mechanical design practices such as FEA based simulation design, motion studies, and design for rapid prototyping. He is fluent in Russian and English.
Alex graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has a strong passion for getting hands-on experience both at work and at home. In his free time, he enjoys working on his vehicles and renovating a 100-year-old home that he intends to turn into a rental property.
